mix MD修正しました。

作り終わったのを聴いてて、冷静に思いました。
たかだか素人のmix MDを聴くのに2時間弱はやりすぎだな、と。
なので、万国博覧会的な要素を消さないように余計な部分を省いて、
必要な曲は追加し、グーッとシェイプアップしました。

残念ながら2banks of 4やpharoah sandersは除外されてしまいましたが、
たぶん今回のやつ方が単純に全体としてのまとまりがあると思います。
しかも、今回はMDLPなんぞに対応してなくても充分ダイビング可能！
